Payment and Refunds

A subscription is paid for in cryptocurrency and opens access for the chosen period. Refunds of amounts paid are not offered — the grounds, the exceptions and how to get in touch are set out below.

Revised Aug 25, 2026

01

How payment works

Access to creating campaigns is opened by a subscription to a chosen plan. The plan and the period — a month or a year — are selected in the dashboard before payment, where the monthly click volume and the other limits are also stated.

Payment is made in cryptocurrency. Funds received are credited to the account's internal balance, from which the price of the chosen plan is debited. Any remaining balance is retained and may be applied to the next period.

The subscription is valid until the end date of the paid period. Once it arrives, access to creating and editing campaigns closes, and traffic on existing campaigns is directed to the Safe Route.

02

Refunds are not offered

Amounts paid for a subscription are not refundable. This applies both to the first payment and to any subsequent renewal, regardless of how much of the paid period has actually been used.

The grounds are as follows. The service is delivered continuously and is consumed as it is delivered: every processed request is work already performed, not a promise of future work. No unused volume arises with such a service, and an "unused period" cannot be returned, because throughout it capacity was reserved and held in readiness.

The service is a tool for routing advertising traffic and is intended for use in business activity. It is not intended for personal, family or other needs unrelated to making a profit.

There is no trial period and no free plan for the same reason: every processed click creates real load. Open documentation, free registration and access to the dashboard and the log without a subscription make it possible to evaluate the service before paying.

03

Specifics of paying in cryptocurrency

A blockchain transfer is technically irreversible: it cannot be cancelled or recalled by the service, by the sender or by any third party. By making a payment, the user accepts this fact.

Payment must be made strictly to the details and on the network stated in the dashboard at the moment the invoice is created. Funds sent to other details, on a different network or in a different coin cannot be credited or recovered.

The amount due is fixed at the moment the invoice is created and is valid for the limited time stated there. If the exchange rate changes beyond that window, a new invoice is issued.

An underpayment is credited to the balance at the amount actually received and does not open a subscription. An overpayment stays on the balance and may be applied to the next period.

04

What happens instead of a refund

The paid period runs to its end. Renewal can be cancelled at any moment and requires no explanation: the subscription simply does not renew once the term expires.

The plan can be changed at any time. On switching, the paid days of the current plan are lost: the new period starts on the day of the switch, and the remainder is neither recalculated nor refunded. The number of days lost is shown in the account before confirmation — the switch happens only after it.

Funds left on the internal balance and not spent on a subscription remain with the account indefinitely and may be used later.

05

Exceptions

Double crediting of the same payment: the amount debited in excess is returned to the account's internal balance.

A charge caused by a technical error on the service's side — without access being granted, or repeated for one and the same period: the amount is returned to the internal balance.

Prolonged downtime through the fault of the service: if the router was unavailable for more than eight hours in total during a billing month, the subscription is extended by a proportionate term.

In all of the above cases compensation is provided by crediting the internal balance or extending the subscription. No reverse cryptocurrency transfer is made.

06

When a request is declined

If access to the account has been suspended or terminated for breach of the "Prohibited use" section of the terms of service.

If the stated ground is that the service did not suit the user, did not bring the expected result or turned out to be harder than expected.

If the stated ground is the absence of a capability that the pricing page or the documentation explicitly describes as absent or limited by the plan.

If the stated ground is the rejection of the user's advertisements by a platform: platform decisions are outside the service's control, and it does not guarantee the outcome of any review.

If traffic being sent to the Safe Route is caused by the monthly volume running out, by a campaign being paused, or by the user's own settings: this is behaviour described in advance.

If the request did not come from the email address the account is registered to.

07

How to get in touch

A request should be sent to the support address given in the dashboard, from the email address the account is registered to.

The request needs only the account identifier, the date of the payment and the blockchain transaction identifier. Without the transaction identifier the payment cannot be matched.

The review period is no more than ten business days. The decision is sent to the address the request came from.

Payment-related requests are accepted within thirty calendar days of the payment date. After that period the payment is deemed accepted without objection.

08

What happens to the data

When a subscription ends, campaigns stop and all their traffic is directed to the Safe Route. The links in your advertisements keep responding and do not become broken.

Account data — campaigns, flows, address lists and the log — is retained for thirty days. Within that period the subscription can be resumed and everything continues to work without reconfiguration.

After thirty days the data is deleted beyond recovery.

Changes to these terms

The service may amend this document. A new version is published on this page with its date.

Payments already made are governed by the version in force at the time of payment.
